Plain language, on purpose
These are the terms that govern your use of the Everfire Diamonds site and your purchases from us. We have written them the way we would explain them across a counter, because terms you cannot understand protect no one.
Individually sourced stones
Every stone we sell is a single physical object. There is no restocking a sold diamond, when it is gone, it is gone. This has one practical consequence worth stating clearly: placing a stone in your cart does not reserve it. If two people are considering the same stone, the order that completes checkout first gets it.
If a stone sells while you are checking out, we will tell you right away, and any payment on the incomplete order is voided or refunded in full immediately. We know this can sting, and our team is glad to help you find a comparable stone.
Pricing
We work to keep every listed price and every stone's specifications accurate, and each listing is checked against its grading report. If we discover a clear error in a listing after you order, a mispriced stone, a mistyped specification, we will contact you before proceeding. You can choose to cancel for a full and immediate refund, and we will never hold you to a purchase built on our mistake.
Reservations and sourcing
Listings on this site are representative of the stones we source to order. Placing an order records a reservation: no payment is collected until your concierge confirms the sourced stone, its laboratory report, specifications, and final price, with you directly. If we cannot source a stone meeting the listed specifications, the reservation is cancelled in full.
The Everfire Promise
Our 30-day return policy, lifetime manufacturing warranty, and Lifetime Upgrade are part of these terms. The full written versions live on our Warranty & Lifetime Upgrade and Shipping & Returns pages, and what those pages say is what we owe you.
The general part
These terms are effective August 28, 2026, and are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. If a disagreement ever arises, we ask that you bring it to us first, nearly everything can be resolved with a direct conversation, and we commit to approaching any dispute in good faith. If any single provision of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stand.
